Club Visit / Inspiration practice:

The club puts together a squad of players. Several clubs can team up on this event. Buyer has to order a minimum of 8 hours and up to a maximum of 3 days with 20 hours in total.

Content:

• Modern footwork - Systems around footwork
• Modern racket technique – Modern way of making strokes and modern grip technique
• Motivation Exercises – Having fun and learning at the same time!
• Focus on warming up properly - Speed, coordination and balance
• All players will have a specific idea of what they need to work on to get better
• All players will leave the practice top motivated and tired from a great practice
• BestOnCourt.com will be used during the practice
